links out of Innsmouth (Free Press)
Jun. 8th, 2011 03:04 pmJust in time for summer laptop reading, Innsmouth Free Press has released (or maybe it escaped) its latest fiction issue! This is #7, already, & can be found here. The issue may be read online or as a PDF download -- and with the download, we are promised Pretty Pictures.
This issue has an intriguing TOC, leading off with a reprint tale by Wilum Hopfrog Pugmire.
If that isn't enough Mythos goodness for you -- and why should it be? -- the folks at IFP have also posted an interview with one of my favorite weird artists, Steve Lines. I'm particularly happy about this because Steve illustrated my Lovecraftian/SF sonnet sequence In the Yaddith Time (Mythos Books 2007).
He has also agreed to illustrate another project of mine forthcoming from Hippocampus Press -- more details as they emerge from the Nether Void!
