Eye to the Telescope, the Science Fiction Poetry Association's brand-new quarterly online journal of speculative poetry, is up now & free for everybody to enjoy, member or non-. 

Issue #1's editors are samhenderson & dkolodji , with each editor contributing an essay on the long (samhenderson) or short
(dkolodji ) poem, with examples.  There's also a generous helping of both sorts of speculative verse, with contributions by both genre poets and mainstream haiku poets.
