a Frogpond in my mailbox

Just received my first 2009 issue of Frogpond, the journal of the Haiku Society of America.    It's a solidly produced perfect-bound item (three issues a year with membership in HSA), with 116 pp. of haiku, senryu, linked forms, haibun, essays, reviews, and contest information, plus a special memorial section for William J. Higginson. 

I've always had some difficulty placing work to this journal, so I'm happy to report that I do have a haiku in this issue.   I'm even happier to be sharing the Index of Authors with dkolodji  and her rengay written with Billie Dee.
