ankh_hplThis definitely falls under the "related remarks" aspect of my LJ, but I can't resist passing on this link to a recent UK story concerning the release of records from the Broadmoor high security hospital. Apparently, one of the top Jack the Ripper suspects wound up there in 1891.
The article from Telegraph.co.uk also includes a helpful sidebar, with links to more information on notable Victorian crimes and a list of other leading Ripper suspects. Good info for historical horror writers & poets -- or just the latest buzz on a case which continues to intrigue those of us with morbid minds.
