how poetry could save the planet
Jan. 30th, 2009 11:12 amAccording to an online article from Scientific American, simply posting "toilet poems" at eye level in stalls helps cut down on the use of toilet paper, thus fighting global warming -- or at least, that's the finding of one Japanese research group. The "poems" mentioned in this article are extremely brief, so perhaps they lost something in the translation. Loo 'ku, anyone?
